Nanook here, reporting in.
Well guys. It's happened. I've finally porked out so much that The Mama refuses to fall under the spell of my woeful Eeyore "I'm starving" eyeballs, and she has put me on a Diet and Exercise Regimen. I had to go to the vet the other day for a check up for my Therapy Dog certification, (we have to do that yearly), and they put me on the scale and at first the Mama thought maybe I was standing on it funny but no, that was actually how much I weighed, and then she totally freaked out. I mean she FREAKED out. I was right there, and I saw it, and I hope I never see it again. She turned a gaze of terrifying determination on me, and I knew I was in for it.
You guys know I love my Mama, but seriously I don't know what to think. Except that she's been suddenly transformed into a demon from the nether pits of hell. She won't share her food with me, you guys! Not even a tiny taste! And I can't even find the kibbles in my bowl under all these freaking green beans! She gave me a STRAWBERRY as a cookie! A freaking fruit!!!
As if that weren't bad enough, she's also...she's making me...guys, she's making me jog.
*long-suffering sigh* Here's hoping your post-holiday detoxes are less painful than mine...

I feel so cruel, but I could not stop laughing through the videos. My goodness! Nooks butt reminds me a bit of sea lion when it waddles like that - he looks like me when I'm running!!!!! It's the exact same fat-butt-waddle! Good to see I'm not the only one killing my soul with exercise and boring food... ;)

Oh Nanook! You have, erm, filled out since I last saw a full body shot of you! Can't you get Pooka to chase you around the yard a bit and work of the bulge that way? I will have to come visit you and maybe we can play a little wrassle and chase...

Nanook, being a new reader I am sure this is a faux paw, but you should know that I am in the same boat my friend.
But, I like green beens. My problem is, I like pasta and pizza too.
