This winter we've been SUPER busy keeping The Mama warm and helping her incubate her egg. It's been very cold here in Newf Jersey, and we take our jobs seriously. If you are interested in that sort of thing, the Mama has been blogging about incubating the egg over at
her blog. Please be warned that it is a very HONEST account. Sometimes maybe too honest. Like if you were ever thinking about procreating, you might not want to read it. Mostly we just wish she'd hurry up and have the baby already. We are totally prepared to be Newfie Nannies, but we can't REALLY get started until the baby shows up.
In other, horrible, news...I, Nanook, have suddenly grown my first grey eyebrow hair. It is a sign of my advancing age, you guys. BUT on the other hand, The Mama says the ladies LOVE a man with a little salt in his pepper, and she told me I remind her of Sean Connery. So that's alright. Here is a picture of it. What do you guys think? Distinguished?

Don't worry Nooks, your Newfect with a bit of salt and pepper coming through, it just makes you look even more dashing, MY nanook hyperventilated until she passed out cold when i showed her your pic! Kuma says "welcome to the blue rinse set!", she says she's been salt and pepper for quite a few years now and she "still has it" - may west eat your heart out! Keep up the good work guarding the mamma and the "egg", i'm sure you and Pooka will be most excellent nannies, Lots of newfie love coming your way,
